U-Build-It Pools
Dear Bob:
When we decided to have a pool buildt for our back yard, we contacted several pool contractors for estimates. We were astounded to receive bids of $40,000 plus. With the exception of one, all of the contractors we contacted were using subcontracted labor. It was at this point that we decided to look into building the pool ourselves. Not having any pool construction experience led to some doubts, but after you explained the procedures of building a pool, we began to feel confident.
The detailed plans that you provided eliminated any construction problems. We were truly amazed how easily this pool came together. Everyone was very easy to work with, arrived when scheduled and completed the project on schedule.
Our pool was built in half the time and for half the expense quoted by various "pool contractors." Thanks to your design and specifications, help and guildance, the entire project went so smoothly that it's hard to believe that anyone planning to build a pool would use anyone other than U-Build-It.

Dear Bob,
We very much would like to share our experience with your potential future customers.
After we received the pool design plans, our pool was filled with water in a total of 19 days later, just under three weeks.
The original U-Build-It estimate was very accurate. We were limited by a budget of $15,000. The estimate was fro $15,040. We paid $14,667.
We called other pool companies for an estimate on the same pool design we contracted through U-Build-Ti. Their estimates were $21,000 to $28,000. This was 29-46% higher than U-Build-It. We saved $6,000 to $13,000. WOW!
All of your contractors were professional and skilled at their work. They were courteous and eager to get our business. All of them were available to start work within a very reasonable time frame. They all arrived on the date and time promised and completed the work within the time frame estimated. In retrospect, I am awed at how smoothly the whole operation actually went.
We are very happy with our U-Build-It pool. We feel such a sense of accomplishment. We want to have a say in the major decisions we make in our lives. We want to know we have the best we can have ... and we cut the construction phase in half and the costs by 30-60% from the traditional methods. I would most definitely use U-Build-It for my next pool. I cannot think of a single reason to go any other way.
